1. All submissions (text and images) must be in electronic, editable PC format, suitable for e-mail or ftp transfer. MS Word is the preferred form for text. Images can be TIFF, EPS, JPEG, or GIF, but must be high quality, high resolution and readable by PC. We cannot accept articles in non-electronic form, sent via regular mail or fax.
2. The topic of a submission may be anything, as long as it is directly related or relevant to bodybuilding and extreme fitness. Topics can include (but aren't necessarily limited to) training, nutrition, supplements, food, performance-enhancing drugs, health, physiology, physical rehabilitation, lifestyles, equipment, news, events, and opinions.
3. Articles must be clear, well written and of interest to our readers.
4. Articles should be a minimum of one page (approximately 300 words) and a maximum of 3 pages (approximately 1.000 words).
5. Illustrations and/or pictures to accompany the article are welcome as they tend to add interest. Images should be limited to two per article, and must be of the highest quality. If an article is accepted for publication, the author of the article may submit their own photo, if they would like it to be published next to their byline. This is not required, but a small photo of the author next to the byline, tends to enhance the overall impression of the article.
6. All of the requirements outlined in # 4 and # 5 are not rigid. This is our preference, however, we will consider articles that are at variance with these preferences.
7. Submissions must include a title for the article, and must include the author's full name, address, and telephone number, as well as mobile number, and e-mail address (if applicable).
8. Submission should include the author's full title, position, or qualifications (if applicable).
9. All submissions become the property of Muscular Development Romania and will not be returned.
10. Regardless of whether a submission is accepted for publication or not, submission of an article constitutes permission by the author for free of charge publication in Muscular Development Romania magazine.
11. Regardless of whether a submission is accepted for publication or not, submission of an article constitutes an undertaking by the author to Muscular Development Romania and it's publishing company, California Fitness Romania S.R.L., that the text and images of the article are not in violation of any and all copyrights and trademarks to third parties in any country or jurisdiction. In case of a submission which violates a copyright or trademark, the author will be lawfully and financially responsible to the third party whose copyright or trademark was breached.
12. Muscular Development Romania reserves the right to reject an article for publication for any reason whatsoever.
13. Upon acceptance of an article for publication, Muscular Development Romania reserves the right to edit the article prior to publication for clarity, brevity, content, context, spelling, grammar, or syntax.
