  Readers are welcome to submit photographs with their letter. Photos may be submitted via e-mail attachment, or via post, but not by fax, as fax quality is too poor for publication.

Submission constitutes the sender's permission for free of charge publication in Muscular Development Romania. Muscular Development Romania reserves the right to accept or reject any and all submissions for publication, as well as to edit any and all submissions prior to publication.
